Packify Shipping Policy
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–5 business days before dispatch. This allows us to quality-check your order with our fulfilment partners before it's on its way.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Australia: 7–15 business days
- United States, UK & Europe: 14–28 business days
- Rest of World: 15–30 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to supplier location, customs processing, and carrier delays.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 3–5 business days after dispatch for tracking information to update.
Customs & Import Duties Some orders may be shipped internationally from our fulfilment partners and could be subject to customs fees or import duties upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Multiple Shipments If you've ordered multiple items, they may arrive in separate parcels and at different times depending on which fulfilment partner processes each item.
